I had this machine pulled twice on 11/28/2023 and 11/29/2023. It was failing neg stabilize sometimes and the rest of the time failing neg flow on. In November I put in a new dearation motor and a new flow motor it passed test. Now today it is failing again. I replaced the pump head on the dearation motor. It is still not 255 where it should be it says 25. There are no leaks in the machine and I have tried the positive pressure test. Nothing is working and I am running out of ideas.

I believe the UF pump is what pulls your negative pressure for the test. I have seen the pump cause negative pressure test fails.

This could also be pressure transducer 9 or 10

Thank you I will look into those things and see if I can locate the problem.

If you remove the fluid sampler, which is the outflow from the UF pump, from its port, the fluid should come out in strong pulses.
