I've got a 2008T non bibag 20k hours on machine that's making awful squeaking noise during heat. I've replaced Loading pressure regulator and calibrated it that's the normal fix for this issue. Is there something else that would make this noise.

I've been able to identify various noises by using a long handled screwdriver. Holding the handle to my ear and touching the tip to each component to find the culprit making the noise. Some people use a stethoscope too....

Noises can be tough to track down because of the way sound travels. Other squeaky things I can think of are the concentrate and UF pumps. If the motor is rubbing against the pump head, it usually makes more of a grinding sound.
I guess you are sure you have a good valve 65 with the correct spring.

Another squeaky thing could be your flow pressure regulator

LOADING PRESSURE REGULATOR OR FLOW RELIEF VALVE. USUALLY 2-3 YEARS OLD, THEY START SQUEAKING.

Loading Pressure valve is my usual culprit. If your useimg a diasafe, make sure you are useing PN: M50328, as PN: 647610 is ment for non- diasafe units and has a weaker spring, which can often be one of the issues, as it becomes overloaded and the diaphram fails. You can get the individual components, but tbh, save ypurself the headache and just get a new one

I acquired an old stethoscope from the our nurses that is sometimes very helpful in figuring out what a funny noise is coming from.
