Keep getting this alarm. We have a 12 station pod with central delivery system for bicarb and acid. It happens on 3 or 4 stations. Any suggestions?

First thing is to make sure the ratio is set correctly in TSM. Next, try a temperature and conductivity calibration.

After you have checked the things Chuck adviced you too. Check the performance of your FPE pump. If the FPE is not able to supply enough water in to the DF block for two BC cycles you will get the ratio alarms aswell.

I would also check the connections to the central supply. Sometimes the concentrate nipple gets groves cut into it over time which lets air through. First thing I would do is look at those stations and see if air is moving through the lines during treatment. I would also put those machines on jugs and see if it still happens. Also I would check/change the orings in the couplers. Keep us posted.
