Had a 2008T Bluestar premium with 7-8K hours failing diasafe test yesterday. This morning I replaced the diasafe and rinsed the machine with the intention of testing it in dialysis mode prior to bleaching the machine. The machine leaked quite a bit and I found the loading pressure valve leaking badly. Replaced that and calibrated flow relief pressure after rinsing the machine again to confirm that was the only leak. Tested it in dialysis and passed all the alarm and pressure tests. Passed the diasafe test in dialysis too. Bleached and let it test again with no problems. Probably didn't need to replace the diasafe but it doesn't hurt to cross my t's and dot my i's.
