2008T with 16k hours. I was hoping it was just the filter itself, but I replaced it with a different lot number and ran tests in Dialysis mode and it passed about 8 times with no issue. Do one chemical disinfect and it fails again. The troubleshooting guide seems to only really worry about passing this test in dialysis mode. No obvious leaks, if anyone has any suggestions on where to start it would be greatly appreciated.

Once you bleach the machine is the Diasafe damaged? If you moved that same Diasafe to another machine, would it pass?

I had this issue once some years back and it was the UF pump. Same here. Slaved one in, did a quick cal and BAM...went through. Believe it pulls the pressure for the test and must have been just over the edge of the limits. Cal'ing it previously didn't fix the issue though.

Make sure you check valve 28 especially wiring. That valve opens to release pressure during diasafe test after bleach.
