Hey Fellas! I had a machine pulled for "TMP not Resetting"
After taking a look at the machine the TMP and Venous was high and wasnt resetting. I changed my Diasafe since it was due anyways. I Rinsed the machine and then put it back in Dialysis mode. That seemed to fix the TMP issue. TMP changed from +200 to +50.
However, I noticed that the Venous Pressure was -100 and was not moving although I tried a reset. Here are a few things I checked and did:
1. I checked the transducer to make sure nothing was in there. It was clear.
2. I swapped out the whole module with one from a good working machine. Still the same problem.
3. I tried a good working Actuator Test Board from a good machine. No luck.
4. I tried the calibration and when I was trying to zero it on the Potentiometer it did not budge. It did change the value of the Actuator which went from 6 to 0 when I adjusted it. Venous number did not change at all.
Not sure if I missed something but if you guys could suggest another thing to try and shed some light I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks in advanced fellas!
