2008t machine 40,000 Temperature won't go up past 28 degrees, dialysis or heat clean heating rod good and thermistor changed all 3.

Are you sure the rocker switch for the heater located on the back of the power supply is good?
Does your flow appear to be normal with bob bobbing?
You can check if the heater is getting power by setting your multimeter to VAC and measuring the AC voltage across the brown and blue heater wires with the machine running. If you disconnect NTC 2, the heater should get a command to be full on. I have seen loose wires from the power supply and burned distribution boards cause problems.
Be careful in dealing with AC voltage.

unplug machine from wall, ohm out your heater switch use a new one to check, see if you are getting 120 vac to heater at dist board

It was the motherboard, swapped out with used on temperature went right up.
