We have been having a problem where these machine will only operate with the service door ajar. If you attempt to dialyse with the door closed the machine fails it’s hydraulic test. If it is closed while dialysi ng the patient the machine shuts down immediately. Out of 9 machines 4 of them have this problem.
Any ideas ?

sounds to me as if there is something being jammed when the doors are closed, have you assessed that everything is clear when the doors are closed? it could be as something simple as a kinked pipe, is there a specific way the tubing runs inside of the machine?

This is what our tech is also saying but the manufacturers tech has examined the machine and he says they are fine. Right now four of 9 machines have the cabinet doors open in order to run

I am not familiar with that machine but reminds me of the old Baxter Meridians where the ground wire would get loose on the door and it would cause arterial pressure alarms I believe it was. I would check all wires and ground connections on the door or near the door.
