I just replaced the blood leak sensor on 2008T machine and now I'm getting a Blood Leak 1 fail. I have tried a new sensor board and sensor cable but still getting this fail.

did you calibrate the leak and dimness?? sometimes this helps in making that pass. Also look for leaks as a wet blood leak tube will cause the alarms too.

Originial problem was that I had a "Blood Leak?" in dialysis mode. I did acide and bleached machine and calibrated blood leak, but the same banner came up. Next I replaced blood leak detector assembly and recalibrated. Now I dont get the banner anymore, but now I get " Blood Leak 1" during alarm and pressure tests. I have no air in system. I put a new sensor board and sensor cable and started machine in T and C mode, but still the same problems.

Replacing the sensor board fixed my issue when I had the issue.

Are you sure your blood leak detector is good and nothing went wrong during the installation? I know I damaged at least one while installing it. It sounds like it calibrated OK. Do LEAK and DIMN on debug screen 4 change during alarms test? I don't have a known working machine to compare.

My new blood leak detectors came in and I put one in machine. All tests passed 3x and no blood leak alarm ever. The blood leak detector I put in previously could have been defective.

Had a similar issue with Blood leak 1 fail on 2008T Bluestar. My fix was replacing Actuator Test Board.
