when i hook up my 90xl meter to machine no calibrations showing at all, meter works fine on other machines except this one, example machine screen reads condo13.8 Temp 37C meter reads Condo 0 temp 26C

I'm having an issue with my temp not matching either, I tried temp and, post temp sensors. I also tried temp control calibrations. Anyone have any ideas> Temp was at 37.5 but 90xl reads 1 degree less

I wouldn't jump straight into calibrating things until you've done more troubleshooting to try and eliminate some causes. Eliminate the meter as the issue first.
Is your 90XL calibration expired? If not, does the 90XL pass the daily verification prior to use? Run a 14.0mS/cm solution through the module (plugged into spot 1) and see if it matches. I believe it needs to read between 13.8 and 14.2 to be considered within tolerance.
As for the temperature issues, do you have a bibag machine? If so, you could try calibrating the machine with the bicarb wand plugged in. Only connect the machine to acid and calibrate temp control that way to see if you get a more accurate reading. Make sure there is flow at the indicator as well.

Icebonez From what im gathering, they arnt getting any reading on the 90xl, which to me would indicate your not getting any flow though your hansons. my question is, is the door closed?( lets be honest here, we've all done it) if you set the flow to 800 is the bob riseing as sheepdog asked?

However calibrating temp control with just acid in a jug and bicarb spike into the machine fixed the issue for me. Thanks icebonez.

It ending up being Ntc 44and post conductivity cell was both bad at same time, my machines are old over 40K hours it's something new every week.

It ending up being Ntc 44and post conductivity cell was both bad at same time, my machines are old over 40K hours it's something new every week. I want to make sure I'm understanding this correctly. The machine said that your conductivity and temperature were perfectly fine but your reference meter said you had no conductivity and low temperature? Not the other way around? What was the original problem the machine was having that you were working on the machine for? I was always told that critical components such as conductivity and temperature sensors had to be designed to "fail safe". This sounds like the exact opposite happened. An official/formal complaint should be filed with Fresenius at the very least if not a MedWatch report with the FDA. MedWatch Reporting Form

It does seem odd that a thermistor and condo cell would go bad at the same time.
It should definitely be reported.
