As the subject says I have a machine leaking from the vent tube while the machine is on, on select screen and service mode. It’s not pouring out full stream, it’s more droplets of water but very often. I replaced the float switch and the one it had before came out in one piece. Machine runs fine in dialysis. The only thing that tripped me out a little is that staff tells me they had a flow error and I saw a brief flow error that hasn’t come back. Brushes are good and this is on bings 20k hours

Check your inlet pressure regulator. At times when this is spiking above 20 after 15 minutes can be a vent leak. Pushing past your valve.

Absolutely no water came out during heat disinfection, only after the machine powered off. Inlet pressure regulator was checked and heat exchanger was replaced and the problem got worse, water started to come out of the vent tube DURING heat now. My brain led me to believe that the inlet valve or valve 39 was bad duto previous issues with deaeration orifice and low and behold, with the use of a Genius Meter I discovered Inlet valve failed leak test. Replaced and problem went away.

I have this same issue going on at my facility. Recently got a new RO system and we were on DI for a month. Had a couple machines recently spewing out of the vent during or after test, condo would spike. When I turned the machine off and connected a gauge to my inlet regulator, the pressure just kept climbing. I replace the inlet regulator and calibrated it. So far no issues.
