I have a reoccurring A.11 on several machines. I have one that I replaced Blood pump motor, Rotor, Hall Sensor, LP955, and LP956. I also have calibrated the Blood pump after the motor and boards were replaced. I am open to ideas on possible solutions without replacing the entire blood pump module.

Usually rebuilding the pump with new brushes is what fixes this for me. However, I did have a blood pump where the gear box seized up. This made is extremely difficult to turn the rotor, which meant the machine was throwing A.11 every 10 seconds or so.
@wes If you've already replaced all the parts listed, are you sure the cable connecting the blood pump module is good? It's possible you could have a broken trace.

I created a new thread for this because the other thread is over a year old, and the title of the other thread says the problem was solved.

I'm curious. besides the A.11 error code, does rebuilding the brushes fix other codes like A.24 or is the just pertaining to A.11?

Thanks, for the follow up and the new thread, I have only been getting A.11 error code. The module was swapped with another machine and the issue has followed the module. I am going to try to see if I can isolate a new part being the problem and inspect the cables.

Thanks for the update.
You said you have several machines giving the A.11 code. Do all these machines have roughly the same hours? Is there anything else they have in common?
