During the Acid and Bicarb pump calibration, the machine stops at 15 strokes and says priming pump..... Possible causes? Rebuilt both pumps, verified Deair and Flow Pump PSI

I've never seen this message pop up before, is this on a K machine, T Machine, Bi-Bag? When calibrating the stoke volume does it seem to be pulling off the correct amount before it gives the message (approx. 8ml if at 15 stokes) Does it stop and give the message when you prime the pump before doing the calibration, or only during the calibration?

What made you decide to calibrate the pumps? Did this happen during a PM, or were you troubleshooting?

2008T, non Bibag machine, 22502 hrs. Happened during a PM. The pump was pulling the correct amount per stroke. After about 30 secs to 1 min it would start backup and finish the calibration process. (was spot on at 16.2 and 23.4) This happened during both the prime and the calibration process. When put in dialysis mode, no issues. Conductivity was spot on with TCD. No other alarms.
