The only difference that I've noticed between the 2 keyboards is that there is an extra ground cable on the bluestar keyboard and the fresenius logo as well as a 2008T bluestar logo is on the front plate of the keyboard. From a functionality standpoint I don't believe there is any difference.

If I'm not mistaken, I believe that the newer Bluestar keyboards can be used on regular T-Machines, but the regular T-Machine keyboards CANNOT be used on Bluestar Machines.
I think it has something to do with the way the new keyboards are grounded. The Bluestar keyboards have their own grounding wire that needs to be attached to the card cage chassis, something the older part number doesn't have. I've never personally dealt with the older model, so I am just going off of what I have heard and read over the last couple of years.
