Fresenius slow flow calibrations have given me issues. Every machine I’ve updated has come to the back with high temp issues and replacing all 3 temp sensors has solved my issues and recalibrating. I’ve had to do condo cell re-calibrations also. Sometimes the machines condo and temp are perfect yet still need to replace sensors or recalibrate. Anyone else running into this?

Is the "Temp Comp" setting enabled in service mode?

Yes. They required us to activate it on all the machines. I've had people in my area complain about these issues. I'm just confused why the slow flow calibration is causing so much problems.

When the machine drops down to 100 flow, After test with no PT connected or TX started have seen temp increase and condo sometimes get out of limits. Once staff puts in the prescribed flow rate, etc. Temp and condo should stabilize within 3-5 minutes and remain stable. The 100 flow rate is to save concentrates when HD is sitting "idle" without Tx running, etc.

To Thor. I agree on that my machines randomly clime up to 40. I’ve had 60% of my machines who got through the update so that on the floor. I end up telling them to pull it and replace all the temp sensors. Recalibrate everything. When I let the machines that climb up in temp randomly than go back down end up causing issues later on. Now I’m just replacing them all during my PM’s. Not worth the issues later on.
