I have a Blue star machine with about 12k hours that keeps popping the bicarb spike out of the port during rinse. I thought at first it was the typical issues, like needing the spike rebuilt or the port needing replaced, but after completing both of those, it still happens. Seems as if there is too much pressure. I also checked my incoming water pressure btw. I looked in the trouble shooting guide but couldn't find anything. Where would I need to look next?

Does bicarb flow out of the port after the wand is pushed out? I've had this happen a couple of times and it was function board issues.... this might be a similar problem. New port and new spike so it should be good.

Does this machine have bibag? Is it possible there is a restriction downstream?

Does this machine have bibag? Is it possible there is a restriction downstream? It does have bibag option, however we don't use it right now. I have also replaced the whole bibag hydraulic assembly recently.

Have seen issue from worn snap ring on wand, after replacing with a new one in corrected. Also have seen some snap rings in new PM kits that were doing this , like they the gap was smaller, where snap ring wouldn't hold in rinse port.

I decided to try the machine in dialysis mode and got a flow error. Turns out valve 25 was bad. Thank you all for your help
