Does anyone know if there is a specific V-Tag or something on fast you can give blood while on dialysis or is it a policy the clinic or hospital comes up with?

There is no V-tag for this. It would be governed by policy.
It's been many years since we gave a transfusion in any of our OP clinics. We deactivated our procedure for doing it almost 10 years ago and the last transfusion I'm sure was a number of years before that.
