Hello, my machine is showing a normal conductivity at idle. During tests, it will quickly drop to 13 or 12.9 fail temp and conductivity, then return to normal post test. Tried 9 and 10. Tried actuator and functional. It is a bibag machine. Still fails with liquid bicarb.

It's probably your BC diaphragm ruptured most likely inner diaphragm.

what machine model how many hours.... could be a number of things. could be a motor with a stuck or worn brush, worn springs inside A/ B pumps or diaphragm in that pump. i would assume a torn Balancing chamber membrane you would have bad conductivity all the time. Maybe a stuck valve also. Good luck keep us posted....
