I just did a one year pm on a Dialog software version 9.12 a couple of days ago and 2 days after putting it back in use it was pulled for a high temperature that would not come down during a patient treatment. Bad heater or bad temperature sensor?

What are your sensors reading in the service screen (wrench)? Since you just did a PM, it's very possible to just be the temp calibration. It's very easy to rush it before things are stable.

<carl> Take a note of the temperature sensor values in TSM Test 1.11 with only water running thru the machine, FPE = 1000 and H = 25%. Let it stabilize and note values. Make a solution of diluted acid (4 water to 1 acid). Change to Test 1.12, put the bicarb wand into the diluted acid and set BICP for about 40 rpm. The temp sensors may change a little but if one has a significant change (more than 1 degree), it is most likely bad. (e.g., first: TSBIC= 37.0: TSD=36.8; TSD_S=36.9; TSDE=36.6. With acid: TSBIC=36.5; TSD=36.3; TSD_S=35.7; TSDE=36.1. TSD_S had a relative change of more than one degree compared to the other sensors.
