Hello,
Why or what is causing a slow pulse when doing acid/bicarb calibration? What I mean is when I put either the acid or bicarb it is slow to move down the burette.

Possible air lock so give it a good rinse, then try again. How's dearation and loading pressure? Any flow errors? Is it a Bibag machine?

when they calibrate really slow your flow motor brushes they should be replaced every 15k i still dont know why they dont include these in the pms german arrogance or stupidity

dialysisbob,
Have you gotten your other conductivity problems fixed?

Thanks for all the replies... This is a BS bibag machine with approx. 24k, brushes has been replaced on both daeration and flow.. and I am still stuck.
Replaced the following new acid and bicarb pumps, tried boards from a good machine. actuator, power, functional, sensor and new bibag module, replaced the BC membranes with no holes yet. The only thing that I did not do at the moment is check the v104/v108, will do that on Monday. I also checked all temp sensors and cfs 9 and 10.
Like I said condo will not go up but temp is there at 37, when doing calibration, acid has no pulse and bicarb very slow pulse. No flow errors and I have rinsed this machine so many times to get rid of that airlock if there is any.

Sometimes, you have to open up the pump, reseat the springs and try again. I don't know why, but it has happened to me several times.

Just to update everyone.. I tried swapping the card cage and see if that makes a difference and no change... I also change all CFS (new) and all valves to this machine and same thing, I double check the flow and daeration again to make sure that they have the brushes and rotating CCW.. The only thing that I did not change is the heat exchange.
And there is no drain if that helps.. checked v30 and it is good.
TS manual read it 3x and no help at all, at the phone with machine support at the moment to see if they have an answer.

You said you have no flow to the drain, have you gone backwards from valve 30 to see where you do have flow going through the machine? I've had machines that had stuck valves and never gave a flow error. So it does seem as if you have a flow issue, but no machine errors.

Even technical support is puzzled.. trace everything and found nothing... This machines will suck the life out of you!
