This alarm occurred during DF prep and then again during Rinsing with UFP. Bad coli sensor MSBK1 or MSBK2 or something else? Have not seen this alarm before.

If I remember correctly, its usually air or a bad membrane.

A membrane moving alarm could be caused by a weak flow pump - Either FPE or FPA. Which ever pump is spinning faster is the weaker pump.

Most of mine happens when they changed the bicarb cartridge or if a large enough pocket of air is released from the dialyzer.

Using a bright light source, place it behind the tubing while you look for micro bubbles flowing by FBK1 or at the red dialysate connector. If you see bubbles, trace them back to the source. Or you can perform the Pressure Test (as performed in the TSM & PM check, to search for leaks.
