Hey all, I've been experiencing a couple of machines where when the staff turns the monitors the screens will go black. Later when I come in to see what the issue is they will come back on when I turn the monitor about half a turn. I've looked for loose connections but cant seem to find anything wrong. Thoughts?

Did you check the connections on both the front panel board and motherboard? Clip the wire ties and give them more slack so they don't pull. This was discussed fairly recently in another thread but I can't find it right now. SrCusEngr commented that it is a known problem and if I remember correctly, the fix was they lengthened the harness for new machines in production but aren't doing anything for machines in the field.

FloridaMan - If you have a machine that's giving an issue like this - Please contact BBraun's tech support - or better to use JIRA - and let them know the serial number and the issue. They will be able to help out.
In this situation - JIRA is much better for them to use.
