2008t bibag blue star machine with 16,213 hours. Keeps alarming out on the floor for tmp low. Than a high and low flow error that pops up. I haven't been able to see it happen out on the floor. I ran it in the back with lines hooked up and everything and got the alarm so i calibrated the tmp and the issue went away. Went back out onto the floor and the same issue happened. I've replaced cfs switch and pdial and calibrated it. Still the issue comes back. I check my loading pressure, deration, flow pressures. All were good and in range. Just stuck on what to do next. I can't seem to replicate the error.

check your balancing chamber for a leak, also do your flow motor brushes at 15k

We've seen this same error, high flow low flow and high tmp being caused by a bad gear head on the flow motor. When the error pops up look at FLWP and tech screen 1.... It will probably be sitting around 120 for the value at an 800 flow rate. Replace the head and set FLWP tobe 160 at an 800 flow rate.

No leak in balancing chamber. I didn't notice FLWP flutters from 255 to 157 160 170. Maybe the motor is bad but I put in a new one in today and it still cycles weird.

Redid my flow motor and the brushes. Adjusted the nut on the head and got it right on 160 at flwp 800. Issue went away thanks for the help
