Good afternoon all, I have a version 9 machine that I get no power at all. I checked the power cord continuity all good switched the SMPS same problem, I changed main switch still nothing I also checked the old switch all was good but it was worth a try. i get nothing no lights no motors no alarms just dead machine. Any Ideas what to look at? also I did check the outlet first, and checked all the fuses.

Did you check for voltage at the power cord terminals on the SMPS? Are any LED's on the SMPS lit? Trace the main switch wiring to the SMPS.

<kts> The mains switch does not control 120 VAC. It only controls +5 VDC on one side and Ground on the other side. Mess that up and it is no-go. Its purpose is to control the go-to-sleep/wake-up circuits in the power supply. With you doing all you said, there are only two possibilities (well 3): no power; mis-wired mains switch; GFCI tripping (no power). If you put in a good SMPS, it has to be either before it or something is telling it to stay off (misplaced ground - switch wiring). All wires look alike but they each serve a different purpose.

Yes I have voltage at SMPS no LEDs are lightning only thing I can think of is maybe I wired the switch wrong but I took off terminal and put on new switch but I will double check that.
