Hi all, I have not been able to find the answer to this question in any manuals or guides but i was wondering how pressure transducer 110 can be calibrated? I have had a couple of machines that have had bi bags exploding and some peers told me to calibrate regulator pressures, however this never solved the issue so I usually just replaced 110. So my question is what does calibrate regulator pressures do and how can I calibrate 110?

This is how the bibag is filled and how 110 works.
Heat water from chamber E of the hydrochamber flows to the junction of valves 100 and 103. Valve 100 opens and the bibag will start filling when the dialysate temperature at sensor reaches 30 degrees C. • Valve 100 will close when the pressure reaches 150mmHg at pressure transducer 110 • After the initial fill, valves 104 and 108 open, valve 103 closes, the balancing chamber valves open and any excess gas generated in the bag is flushed through the hydraulics down the drain. • The flow pump runs and the machine is kept in bypass during this initial flush. • Afterwards, additional water will be added to the bag to maintain pressure in the bag at around 90mmHg. When completing the pressure regulator pressures be sure you are holding the lines for the acid and bicarb pumps level to the port(I roll them up in my hand and hold them level to the port on the front of the machine). This calibration will reset the regulator to 0. Drooped or elevated lines cause the pressure to go negative or positive depending on if they are low or high to the port. If the bibag is bursting my first go to is to check the pressure regulator and verify if the version is REV D. Then and always I check the bibag air serparator to make sure the cap is tight. The screws loosen over time due to expansion and contraction from heat disinfects.
