Hey gang, I've got this 6T0S series bibag T machine where the PCT is telling me that she can't use bibags. I observed the machine with her - when a bibag is attached, instead of water filling it from the top in a series of squirts, it fills from the bottom of the bag, and then fills all the way to the top, without leaving the normal air gap. The tech said that it has caused the bag to burst before.
I have to assume that it's a problem with valves in the bibag kit, but I'd love some advice about which one(s). Also, because it fills to the top, does that mean the pressure transducer is also a problem?
When we switch to liquid bicarb, everything stabilizes within normal limits, the machine passed all self tests, and was used for treatments.
I'm open to any advice for how to start troubleshooting this machine. Thanks!

hose one and hose two to the bibag door are reversed. hose 1 has the filter on it. give that a try!
