I have a t machine non bibag around 36k hours. ive recently had to replace the eeprom and redo all calibrations. before replacing eeprom, machine would fail olc, no kecn, and fail independent conductivity. I would notice on dbs 0, post cond cell only reads 0.8-1.3 while pre cond would read 13.5 about.
After replacing eeprom and recalibrating, the machine was working fine. Now its back and wont initiate olc and has no kecn readings, along with the post cond cell reading 0.8-1.3
brushes, pressures, and all calibrations within range, and recently completed. Machine has had both conductivity cells replaced in the last year.
Also worth noting, before eeprom was replaced, I did attempt to swap known good boards one at a time. for the functional board, I removed the bad eeprom from the board and put it on the known good board.

Try doing the conductivity cell confirmation calibration. (the one where you use the yellow cable attached to the XL90) I've had the post conductivity cell do the same thing before where it was reading really low all of a sudden. If that doesn't work, then look at switching out the post condo cell (grab one from a known good machine to see if it reads correctly) Since you said you tried changing boards already you can try changing out the sensor board cable to see if that fixes anything as well.

Switch your pre and post conductivity cells on the distribution board. Does the problem follow the conductivity cell or the boards? Unfortunately in today's world new doesn't always mean it works better, or at all. I had a strange one of these and didn't write down the fix. If I think of it I will post.

I will have to try the sensor board cable next.

If I think of it I will post. i didnt think to do that as both of the cells have recently been replaced but i will try this.

Update: i talked to tech support and it is likely to be eeprom again. will update when i find out more. i have tried all recommended tips and still have the issue.
