I have a bluestar machine that gives the valve 104/108 stuck closed when it is powered on. I put the machine in rinse and it gives me check acid connector error after 15 seconds. I'm a little confused because 104 is a bicarb valve, but I get check acid connector in rinse. I have checked the reed switch and that's not the issue. I have tried a new function board, and actuator/bibag interface boards. I had to order more pressure transducers. I will try transducer 106 next. Any other suggestions?

How many hours, and is it a bi-bag machine? How are your motor brushes?
On my machines, I have gotten the "Check Acid Connector" banner when the dear pump stopped running for one reason or another.

It has 18k hours, and it is a bibag machine, that's why I changed the bibag interface board. Both degas and flow motor brushes are new.

I just had this issue with the 15 second “check acid connector” issue. It ended being the ribbon cable from the bibag to the card cage. This resolved my issue. Just make sure the board is sitting nice too.

remove the hydralics and reinsert them chances are your acid reed switch and acid wand are not making good contact as they are too far apart just keep throwing parts at it and hope
