I have a 2008k@home that I am doing the annual PM on, machine was running fine pre PM, now after it runs for a bit it gives me flow inlet error - unable to rectify unless I change my diasafe filter, once I change it with a new filter, I can run rinsex2 with no issues and that machine will work as it should for a day or so then back to giving flow inlet error.
I should add that once I change my diasafe my flows and pressures are good until it gets back to giving flow inlet error - any suggestions on what this could be?

While doing your PM did you change the brushes in the deaer and flow motor? Check to see if one of the brushes is hung up... Remember a flow inlet error is because flow can't go thru the machine on the outlet side... Start with your loading pressure. Good loading pressure tells you it's on the secondary side of the machine and bad loading pressure it's on the primary side. This eliminates half of the machine real quick... Unfortunately this type of error can go anywhere in the machine. In the tips and tricks section of this forum is a flow error cheat sheet. Follow that to troubleshoot the issue...

Getting Low flow when i can run machine in dialysis, but only after RECIRC is completed - when I go through troubleshooting guide for flow error - it tells me its the diasafe.. which I already know that changing the diasafe fixes issue temporarily - so i change the diasafe and it works, but once i run dialysis again and it gets to simulation, the low flow error will come back and not go away until i change the diasafe again
i should add, machine has new flow pump + pump head, new deareation pump +pump head, new float switch, new CFS's, troubleshooting guide eliminated valves and nothing looks out of place - i have verified that springs in acid/bicarb pumps are installed correctly, UF check valves are installed correctly ( verified all parts replaced during PM are in properly).
Any help??

You stated “new” deaer and flow motors…. Did you check the new motors for the correct brushes. Lately they have been sending them with soft brushes in the deaer and hard brushes in the flow motor. This will cause all kinds of problems.

also check your V30 as flow inlet also means no flow outlet
