Is it taking up any bleach when you try to duplicate the error?

Make sure it's not leaking out usually from hydro-chamber. If not leaking then possible board issue.(actuator)

Bleach is sucked up through the acid wand. Its first stop is the acid pump. Rebuild the pump. Start simple then go complicated with boards. It could also be check valves if you use those

Yup, I agree with stuff. Check the acid pump springs are usually the culprit. also look at your wand, uptake filter, check valve if you have one in your acid line.

Have had to rebuild the acid pumps before. And,also if the bleach bottle tubing had tiny hole so it could pull any air,it would give me that alarm.Watch on debug screen, and when conductivity gets around 9,it will start counting.

Hello everyone, I am getting a no chemical intake alarm. Any suggestions? Usually it's air in the system, but I once had the drain valve staying open and hydrochamber was not filling up properly.

usually after rebuilding acid pump (2008T machine) the problem should be fixed. But in some cases the machine will suck bleach and then throw the error "No chemical intake" at this point look for a leak in BIBAG AIR SEPARATION CHAMBER.

Float switch if the springs don't work.

Make sure the bleach bottle straw is not loose, for it is loose it wont pull the bleach.

When a machine draws up bleach it fills the hydrochamber until the float switch recognizes that the machine has drawn an adequate amount of bleach. I think it's 300ml. If the float switch doesn't recognize the hydrochamber has filled enough it will throw this alarm. Rebuild your acid pump and if that doesn't work change your float switch. If that doesn't work, it may be a leak or an electrical problem.

I had this happen with an improperly installed a diasafe filter. Rookie mistake but it was when I first started as a biomed. In agreement with the other posts here, my fixe is usually the acid pump rebuild.
