The fact that it’s negative pressure to begin with is the problem it’s failing 12200 - If you remove the Dialyzer coupling does the pressure drop to 0?

I removed it and it dropped to -22 but not 0 after the test its still failing at the same point the only difference is the pressure is now -90 to -112 hovering. but it stops and says high pressure change

<biomedfanboy> ALL DFS Leak Test alarms are indicated by one message: High pressure change alarm. There are no other types. First, ensure PDA is calibrated properly. I believe the 3 points are -400, 0, +400. Reverse them and you will have problems. Remember, LLC step 12200 is a Build-up of Pressure, where the pressure should rise to greater than +450 mmHg.
Also, be aware that PDA outputs a voltage that is translated into a pressure. A positive 12 volts may produce a +600 mmHg of pressure while a 0 volt output typically results in a -650 mmHg display. So if you see a large negative number (more negative than -600 mmHg), either your sensor is bad, or the output wire is interrupted or the (V8 - LLS; V9 - AB) board is not converting the signal.
