Staff reported the machine having a low flow error and dropping tmp shortly after initiating treatment. I could not reproduce the flow error. However, I did notice the acfs reading during rinse remaining at 0 at all times. Does not occur in dialysis mode. There it goes up to around 5.8. I was thinking maybe they had a drain line occlusion causing the flow error. But the cfs thing does not make any sense. It can't be the transducer since it reads in dialysis mode. Normally in rinse cfs pulses to between 1 and 2 then back to 0. Any ideas?

Most of my intermittent low flow errors have been fixed by replacing the CFS. If you have checked your brushes and/or followed the troubleshooting steps located in the "Tips and Tricks" section, I would swap it and see where you get.

When trying to diagnose a low flow error, I always start with the PM. Check your inlet, loading, deare, and flow pressures. Next thing are the brushes. Could have a brush that is sticking or wore out enough to intermittently cause the error. You will normally find your issue within in those first few checks. Remember, CFS 10 is chamber full switch which tells the balance chamber to switch. So if its not getting enough pressure it will act funny. Not saying that's not the problem but you should start with making sure all of your pressures are correct first.
