Not machine related.
Does anyone use the single use micropore tape in their clinics? My clinic wants to switch to it, but every time I try to order it, it's deleted when I get my order confirmation summery. On the approved formulary it is coded as 'exception'. I can get the rolls that come with the dispenser but the staff would rather have the single use. The medical director has said he is fine with the clinic using the single use but what do I have to do to get them to actually ship it? Thanks for any info, thought I would ask here instead of messing with customer service.

I have the same issue. I was told to order it and after I did, I was told that its not available..

Call them, give your account number, say you’ve been trying to order product x-xxxx-x, and it hasn’t arrived. They’ll tell you why. Takes 3 mins. |

you will also need to call someone in corporate for approvial to add this item to your formulary it is a waste of time and an extra step I usually also ask if we can dialyze patients or do we need their approval for that too

I get the samething for Small and medium gloves and disposable gowns. Depends which way the wind blows that day
