2008 T bibag machine the when in dialysis mode the tmp will go up to 480 and release back to 40 and start back up again. Passes all tests. Everything comes up fine and runs but tmp will not stop going up and down.

It sounds like a diasafe issue to me. That is the typical sign that it's going bad. Slow increase to really high TMP until valve 43 opens and released the pressure and then starts to climb again. That's where I would look first. Especially if your over the 60 days since you last changed it.
