I was wondering whether anyone had information on the new soft flow motor brushes denotation. I just received a new batch, and the number on the brush is now 70 verses the 68 that was on the old ones. Also noticed that the flow brushes "68" seem to be wearing much quicker than before. Any comments?

70 is normally used in blood pump motors.

As t1spike said, the brushes with the 70 designation are used for the blood pump motor. They are a little longer than the normal 68's. Likely the person fulfilling the order grabbed the wrong brushes. As for the 68's wearing much quicker, I haven't really noticed that, but we typically just switch the flow motor brushes the same time we do the de-air brushes.
