Thought I would kick it off with a recent issue and fix. Our clinic had 8 2008T Bluestar Premiums (ranging from 8-10K hours) all display this message while booting up. The machines would only get as far as 90% and would not reach the main menu screen. There is no fix in the troubleshooting guide either. Replacing the bibag connector (Part #190598) solved the issue. We had unused machines from a previously closed clinic at another clinic that also has a huge storage area we were able to take connectors from to get us through. Technical Services said they have never heard of so many going on the same day. Thankfully so far (2 days later) none have come back for the same issue and no other machines have been pulled. I have ordered a dozen more so we are prepared next time.
