I have 2 Dialog+ Evolution machines with 9.12 software in one clinic that have had very high TMP readings. First occurrence was during treatment near end of treatment I checked calibration of PDA in both machines and did a simulated therapy with no problems noted. They pulled both machines this morning and charge nurse told me both machines started alarming high TMP as soon as patients were connected. Bad PDA sensors? Normally I would call this operator issues or clotted dialyzer but it has recurred on both machines so looking for help.

In the Trends viewer, find the TMP alarm during a treatment where it occurred (date/time). scroll thru the treatment until the alarm. Now change the parameters on two of the three lines so that you have Events Actual PV and Actual PDA. now you can see which parameter is changing. If you do not know how to use the trend viewer, refer to the service manual. It can really help point you in the right direction. NOTE: TMP = (PV) - (PDA). Example: if PV = +150 and PDA = -150, then TMP is approximately +300 mmHg. If PV = +150 and PDA is +150, then TMP is approximately 0 mmHg.
