During the solution uptake cycle the machine alarms solution intake failure. I discovered that valve VD is not being opened when I open the wrench/service screen during citric thermal solution uptake. Only valve VZ is. I can go into TSM mode into lower manual menu and command valve VD to open and close. So I know it’s apparently working. Could there be a condition not being met that is causing this to happen, bad cable or connection? Bad small disinfection circuit board? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Machine is Dialog + Evolution and software version is 9.12.
