So for everyone with in a smaller national dialysis company (because I don't wanna put that out there lol)... I know were going through the ringer on this one. Not sure what the situation is like on the nipro side of life, but I know with Fresenius and the combi-sets, its been an absolute nightmare. I have theories on why some clinics haven't received deliveries yet. Personally speaking, from what I've been able to gather from the reps, they don't have them or are waiting for more product to arrive. My question is.. has anyone gotten the line from Fresenius where they say "I'm sorry, we didn't print out the UPS or Fedex labels and will get them shipped out tomorrow". This is getting old. Don't like wandering into the unknown. Just give us the truth so we can know what our worst case scenario is.

The Streamline for Fresenius machines are on a back order that is supposed to last through July. I imagine other alternaye lines will be in short supply soon also if they're not already.

I'm a bit confused are the combi sets different from these streamline ? I work for a JV who purchases from Fresenius and I have seen no issues in getting the combi sets whatsoever!! |

Streamline is a unique airless, bloodline set designed to reduce heparin usage that is produced by B Braun Medical for the USA market, only. There are two configurations, one fit for Dialog+ and one fit for the Fresenius 2008x. The Fresenius version is only sold to non-Fresenius owned customers. The Streamline is not the same as a combi-set.
