How is your flow inlet pressure? I've seen this go OOR and cause issues with the OLC.

Look in the service screens for OLC and there are 6 spots in there for the OLC tests while the patient is running. If there are zeros that is normal but if there are other numbers in there it will guide you to the reason the test cancelled.
1-6. I cant remember them all but there is a post on here for OLC cancels.

Based on the OLC fail markers in the debug screens:
In the debug screens confirm the blood pump speed is reading what the module is showing. If that is bad, calibrate. If that's good, then switch out the blood pump with another machine and see if the problem follows the module. Then you will have to trace down the bad part in the module.
Verify that conductivity reaches the top and bottom of the testing markers. There is good info in the TS guide for watching the self test. It could be the A/B pumps need rebuild or replacement.
If you can't run the OLC self test you might be tracing a flow error. The OLC self test will not run until the system is stable, 10 to 15 minutes of running with a stable DFR.

If you are using Bi-bag machines tighten the screws at the top of the bibag air separation chamber. That will help stabilize your conductivity allowing the OLC test to run when it's supposed to.

I had 1 machine at 2 different clinics do this recently within a week of each other. One is a 2008T(7T0S non-bb 12K hrs) the other is 2008T(6T0S bb 27K hrs). It only happened for one treatment and has not reoccurred in either since with zero changes to the machines. The message that appeared was "OLC cannot calculate steps" or something to that effect. The cond/temp was perfectly stable and well within range. Seemed kind of strange that I hadn't seen that message before and then I see it on 2 very different machines in the span of a week, then it magically clears itself after one treatment.
Not sure if this is the same as OP is/was experiencing.
