Venous clamp is not closing to send PV Venous pressure up to creat alarm during blood side pressure test. Have verified clamp does open and close in TSM mode.

I am having the same exact issue. BBraun CS had me try a few things, last is to reinstall the software which I haven't done yet since I don't have the dongle handy this second. I am currently in front of the machine and They made me swap the tiny board above the blood pump and test the clamp in service mode. I swapped the entire blood pump assembly as well. They are at a loss, well, the gentleman who was helping me is. It is a 710200S 9.1E SN 270660. During "Test Blood system" the sequence/test is as follows: LLC: 33300 LLS: 33013 LLC: 33301 LLS: 33013 LLC: 33302 LLS: 33013 Then finally fails at: LLC: 33302 LLS: 00002 As described by the original poster, the SAKV clamp never engages, but CAN be manipulated in test 1.5. Thanks, and let me know if there is anything else you need.

More steps
Since you indicated you are failing at 3330x (33302 means it was the third time it repeated), I'll take a guess you did not see what PV was doing as that is the major reason for failure. It must reach that 400 mmHg level.
Is the PV line fully seated into the manometer connector? I have heard some new lines are giving difficulties. Contact your sales rep if the lines are leaking around the PV connector.
How to check? Take some dish soap, make a batch of bubbles and put it on the connector just before the test. If more bubbles appear when SAKV clamps, you have a leak.

I apologize, I did not get a notification for the reply.
Anywho, Yes, I guess I wasn't clear. The SAKV NEVER clamps. So, Yes, I monitored the PV values. They do not reach 400 because it doesn't go up AT ALL. SAKV never clamps the line during test.
IN service mode I CAN successfully initiate the clamp on and off.
During test, if I manually press the sakv level onto the line, after a second or two it will "take" over and stay clamped. But it NEVER initiates on its own.
On an side note, we are having dozens of line issues that fail this very same test as of last month across multiple facilities. They eventually pass, so there definitely is a line issue on some Lot numbers.
Anyway, in summary, sakv NEVER clamps so fails because PV never rises. I've swapped over everything from a working machine EXCEPT the sakv mechanism itself, so far.

It must be installed the exact same way as it came out.

Note whether the blood pump rpm matches the LLS reading. I had this problem a while ago, turned out to be a bad DB board. On SW 9.1B

<thisjobisfun> While it could be wiring or connectors not fully seated into the Basic Board, look at page 102 of the new service manual. This is the bible for where sensor inputs go. In the top, left corner of BB you have the connector for BPA. Right next to it is the connector for DZ/DR (Chapter 8, Figure 8.2.5) P48. DZ/DR is the BPA speed and rotation signal (from that small circuit board above BPA). On page 102, figure 4.24 on the left side of DB are BPA IMP and DIR. These must match up with BPA internal speed and direction. So check test 1.2 for discrepancies.
