Good day all,
I have a v9 machine giving me a concentrate mix ratio alarm I have tried to recal the mix ratio like the book says I set it to 45 and I am still getting the alarm the ratio is running around 55 on the screen. Im not sure where else to go for this problem. any help is greatly appreciated.

Did you try calling tech support or submitting a JIRA request?

not yet that's my next step was hoping someone had this problem before and had suggestions for the fix

Without knowing temperatures, conductivities, pump speeds, or anything else - it's hard to tell.
Can you please provide this?

Do you see air in the wand/tubing? if you suck any air before the cond. sensors it will give you ratio alarms.

<ksilcox11> There is no value of 45 for a standard CONCENTRATE mixing ratio. If you are using 45 X concentrates, your mixing ratio should be set to 38. (Bicarb 25 or 35 [cartridge]) changed with 9.1E software to 27.3 and 33.7 [cartridge]).
