Dear All,
I have a Centurion 1500 from Suez / American Water stuck at Water leak - Cleaning interrupted by water leak. Press CLEANING to continue and flashing Real time clock failed .
Prior to this error, the RO was in cleaning rinsing phase but the beak tank was overflowing thus the staff switch off the power immediately.
We tried to replace the battery on the motherboard but didn't resolve it despite multiple power cycling .
Is there a hard reset like jumper so we can factory reset the RO and wipping out the error.
