22 machines this morning had this alarm banner on the home screen when staff powered them on to start the day. When put into rinse the alarm banner went away and never came back on 20 of them. 2 of the machines had to be powered off and back on to clear the alarm banner. No further issues throughout the day. Has anyone seen this before? any good explanations? I haven't asked Fresenius yet.

Watch that blood pump display. Any E.03,E.03 or E.05 is an error code covered under warranty to have that module replaced

query has the blood pump modules been cabled meaning a thin multicolored ribbon cable from the function board to the module will need to be added insure that all your machines have this cable

This ended up being on the night of integrated heat when all the machines were on. That same night the generator was tested. This somehow left all the machines with the alarm on the banner in the morning.

Weird, but thanks for posting your fix, or the problem that caused it.

This happens to me every time i do a full load test on the Generator, usually i just cancel the heat disinfect and restart it and it clears the message, i have also tried letting the machine finish the full cycle of the Heat disinfect to see if it will do anything else but it doesnt, once its done the machine just turns off...

P.S. Recently found out that T machines do not like when you test the generator. Probably should test generator when clinic is closed and machines are off...

I’ve had two machines that had this error but cleared when the machine was restarted. The funny thing is, that on both machines the lcd hot meter was dead. The PCT said he heard a hiss just before the error appeared. I have to believe that either the hour meter shorted and produced the error, or a power spike took out the hour meter and caused the error to appear. Has anyone experienced something similar?
