This could be the reed switch. Try switching the acid/bicarb reed switches at distribution board. You will still plug red into red and blue into blue. Your just testing the reed switch at this point. Problem should jump over to check bicarb connector if reed switch is faulty

Ok, I am having the same issue. I have changed the connector, reed switch, swapped the positions on the distribution board, checked the acid pump, reseat the boards.. still getting same error.

look to insure that your connector has the magnetic ring, sometimes they fall off as the glue get weak also try your sensor brd in tC mode and your sensor cable

I have compiled a list of 9 different causes for this error over the last two years. I always check dubug screen 1 first to see if the machine shows Acid out when it is plugged into it's port. As it has been previously stated, try swapping the reed switch positions on the distribution board first to see if it changes. If it does, most likely the reed switch is bad. If it doesn't, the function board has always been the fix for me except one time. That time it was the sensor board. Some other fixes if the machine does not show Acid out have been: simply reseating the bibag interface board and cables, reseating the actuator board, obstructions in the acid line, simple calibration of the regulator pressure, bad pressure transducer 106 and I even had one where bad deaeration pressure caused it. Each situation needs to be examined and determined by what we see on the debug screens. I used to dread this error since the troubleshooting guide only mentions it's existence but does not offer any guidance. I've had this error so many times now, that it only takes a couple minutes to figure out. Good luck

Ok, so on Debug 15, acid pressure was -762. I tried to recalibrate the pressure transducers. They failed. I had to replace the pressure transducer for the bibag, 106 i believe. This fixed the issue.

I just had this problem, and wanted to post my fix. I replaced the bibag interface board. That fix my issue.

I have also had this problem on a bibag machine due to low deaeration pressure.

Mine turned out to be an obstruction in the acid line in the form of a cracked and buldging valve v105.
