Good morning all So I have been having issues getting the jira site to load so I wanted to reach out and pick your brains. The pressure is going up to the 700s during 12300 however it does not decrease. I have clamped at DDE then at VDEBK1 and VDEBK2 each. I calibrated PDA with 3 test points and it is spot on. The drain hose is flowing great. The UF pump seems to be working fine. My next guess is a board but wanted to get some data from the collective. Thanks in advance.

VDE, VBP not opening perhaps?
Also for JIRA - don't use internet explorer, if you are. It's not supported anymore. Google Chrome is best

Ok I got in with Jira but figured I would keep everyone updated here. It is VDE I can manually open and close it on 1.14 but when I go into DFS test it shows that it should be open but I can see that it is closed. I had a spare valve so I changed it but that did not fix it.

Joey, if I remember correctly, you have V8's right? (You should specify the platform and SW you are running - little differences make replies change - even with EVO's). Just had a customer with the same problem on a V8.xx. VDE opened fine in test 1.13 but not in DFS leakage test. Think of an OR gate for the control signals. One is your TSM command, the other is the microcontroller telling it. I think you will find the problem to be either the LLC or PB2. It is possible that the problem counld be a blown trace in the LLS,but the signal is not a high current so I doubt that. My customer put in a new LLC and it fixed the problem.

Ok I have succumb to my aging eyes and put my readers on and used my LED flashlight and saw VDE is opening. If I am tracking it correctly, right now I've traced the issue back to VLA block but did not have time to go further. I am also going to try to reinstall software. I'll keep you posted.

It was the software.....I'm not sure how because I feel like I checked and rechecked every valve to make sure it was doing what is was supposed to but it is working and went through a simulated therapy perfect so I'll take it.
