Bit of a tricky one, having this alarm in DF preparation on a HDF machine intermittently, the machine passes all its test up until the point where the machine asks you to connect the dialyzer couplings the machine does not request for the couplings to be attached but on occasions the alarm 'LLS demands bypass LLC does not require bypass alarm' occurs
The alarm occurs before the machine requests for the dialyzer couplings to be connected, when this alarm occurs the machine will not prompt for the user to connect the dialyzer couplings
i have checked the balance chamber membranes ensuring there are no splits in the membranes, i have done a balance chamber calibration, checked the operation of the bypass valve and also checked that all electrical connections are connected properly, i have run the machine up and checked in test run for conductivity, temperature, pump speeds and pressures. Which all seem to be spot on.
any help is much appreciated. TIA

UPDATED FIX - turns out it was intermittent fault due to flow problems, the back door sometimes crushed the tubing coming from the HDF filters causing a low temperature at TSDE & TSDE-S which caused the alarm, moved & tied tubing together and tied wiring out of the way so it was not interfering with the tubing and has not failed since and temperature has been spot on
