2008T machine goes into self test and passes the tests. But when you press reset button to clear the Test Complete banner, a high conductivity banner appears. The machine is within the set conductivity limits as verified by 90XL.I have reseated boards. Ideas, please? Thanks.

so this error has shown up post software upgrade?? I've also had some weird issues pop up after the upgrade with most being cause by the pressure transducer REV C Try replacing the pressure transducers 9 and 10 with the newest version transducer part number 370506-22. This has solved most of the issues I've encountered.
To correct a high condo banner on a bibag machine you need to calibrate BIC MON to fall between BIC low and BIC HIGH. you do this by adjusting your loading pressure regulator up or down until it matches BIC MON. Then reverify your loading pressure to make sure it's still in range.

Yes...I have had banners I've never seen before..aarrgg.Im not familiar with calibrating the bicarb pump volume on a bibag machine but thought it may be close to a 2TOS machine.I will have to research that procedure!!I will order some new pressure transducers so I will have some on hand.Thank you for the reply!
