Clinical staff reported "Emptying of upline tank not possible" at 10 minutes remaining of citric thermal. When I put machine in citric thermal it could not maintain temperature during circulation. Dropped down to 70's and 80's and alarmed low temperature. What is causing this and could these two issues be caused by the same thing? |

It is indeed the same thing causing this. Check your degassing pressure. If it’s too low it’ll stop the pumps and turn the heater off. Calibrate degassing pressure to 5 points and check the functionality of the degassing pump

Yeah its usually degassing issue like Admin said....you can check the integrity plastic tubing connectors and make sure the degassing chamber is sealed tight also. If you are pulling in air it will do that as well.
