I just ran across a new problem. I have a BP start/stop stuck red warning. Thoughts on what to do?

We have version 8.30 but for us it is usually a loose ribbon cable or a bad front panel board. However I have seen disinfectant run down through a loose seal and cause corrosion of the ribbon cable plug and or plug on board. Now and then I've been able to replace a ribbon cable and/or remove oxidation on plug and it works fine after that. Normally when it happens I move the monitor and if it works again with the monitor in a specific spot it is a loose ribbon cable.

@joey same with the units around by me, they spray hexaquart straight on the screen and it damages the board, you will probably need to replace the FPB board - Be careful to check the model of your machine as Bbraun has discontinued the old FPB

Also the new FPB's don't come with the hard plastic caps over the switches, you need to reuse them from the old board. The caps are just slightly NOT square so their orientation matters when you install the board.
